Operating concept and age restrictions for certain residential units

1. Our holiday apartments and some of our rooms are designated as "adults only" areas.

The facilities and concept of these specific accommodation units are exclusively geared towards the needs and relaxation of adult and elderly guests.

2. Therefore, the conclusion of accommodation contracts and stays in the holiday apartments and rooms designated as "adults only" are only possible for persons aged 16 and over. Bookings for children and young people under 16 years of age are not accepted for these accommodation units.

3. This age restriction does not apply to our other rooms and family rooms; these are also available without restriction to families with younger children.

4. If a guest arrives with persons under 16 years of age in the holiday apartments or the rooms in question, contrary to this agreement, the accommodation provider is entitled to refuse occupancy of these specific accommodation units. In this case, the agreed cancellation conditions apply.

 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

 

Final cleaning

Final cleaning is not included in the price and costs €50 per unit exclusively for holiday apartments.

 

Parking spaces

Free parking is available directly in front of the house.

 

Cancellation policy

From one week before the arrival date, as well as in case of no-show, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total arrangement price.

From one month to one week before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total package price.

From 3 months to one month before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 40% of the total package price.

No cancellation fee up to 3 months before the arrival date.
